Welcome to Parable. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our services, including device support, subscription plans, retail sales, and any associated websites, applications, or communication channels (collectively, the “Services”). By using Parable, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

1. Services Provided

  • Subscription Services: Parable offers tiered monthly and annual plans for smartphone and device assistance (remote, onsite, and support features vary by plan).

  • Onsite Services: Onsite visits may include troubleshooting, setup, and training. Availability depends on your location and plan level.

  • Retail Sales: Parable may resell unlocked smartphones, accessories, and related products through authorized partnerships.

  • Promotional Content: Parable may provide affiliate or sponsored content via social platforms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase services. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must purchase and supervise use of our services.

3. Payment and Billing

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.

  • You authorize Parable to charge the payment method provided at signup.

  • All fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

  • Annual plans must be paid in full at the time of purchase.

4. User Responsibilities

  • You agree to provide accurate information and use the Services lawfully.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

  • You must not misuse Services, attempt unauthorized access, or resell Services without written consent.

5. Limitations of Service

  • Technical Limitations: Parable provides reasonable efforts support but does not guarantee resolution of all technical issues.

  • Device Coverage: Services apply only to supported devices (smartphones, tablets, accessories, etc.) as defined in your plan.

  • Onsite Visits: Subject to scheduling, technician availability, and geographic limitations within 25 miles of Loveland City Center.

  • Retail Warranty: Devices and accessories sold by Parable may carry manufacturer warranties. Parable makes no additional warranty unless expressly stated.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Parable disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Parable is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Liability for direct damages is limited to the amount paid by you in the 12 months prior to the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Parable, its owners, employees, and contractors from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

9. Termination

Parable may suspend or terminate Services at any time for violations of these Terms or unlawful use. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends immediately.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles. Venue shall be in the courts of [County], Colorado.

11. Changes to Terms

Parable may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website and effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of Services after changes indicates acceptance.
